New Hire Support Program



The New Hire Support program provides support for Registered Nurses during their first year of employment to ensure a smooth transition into the workforce. Program activities include:
  • Welcome lunch with the Chief Nursing Officer and the New Hire Support Coordinator
  • Monthly breakfasts and luncheons
  • Peer support
  • Learning options
  • Problem solving assistance
  • Readily available, ongoing assistance from the New Hire Support Coordinator
